Our consultants are certified in various Agile frameworks. Commonly used frameworks within various industries are Scrum and SAFe. Scrum offers a flexible and effective way of working together as a team. It is a versatile method that is now also widely used in departments such as sales, HR, finance and marketing.
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a scaling framework deployed within larger organizations. It provides structure for portfolio management, among other things, and focuses on delivering value through the value chain principle. Within SAFe, multiple teams work together within a so-called Agile Release Train (ART). Within this framework, Scrum or Kanban is often used.
We support organizations in implementing Agile thinking by deploying experienced Agile Consultants. These are senior professionals who have earned their spurs in diverse roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach.
