Agile Consultant
In this role, you will help organizations strengthen their Agile approach. You move smoothly between strategy, processes and implementation. You advise on Agile structures and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe, guide implementations and be a sparring partner for teams and management. You contribute to improving team performance, governance and product development, always tailored to the customer context.
What will you do?
- Advising on the application and design of Agile forms of work (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.)
- Support the creation or improvement of Agile roles, processes and teams
- Supervise Agile assessments, improvement projects and implementations
- Sparring with management, product owners and team leads on Agile issues
- Knowledge sharing within and outside our team, such as through workshops or internal knowledge sessions
- Work on assignments at a variety of organizations, often in teams with other Agile professionals
What do you bring?
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Lead or Agile Coach.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting or supervising Agile improvement projects.
- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly understand the client’s situation and provide appropriate solutions.
- Certifications such as PSM, PSPO, SAFe, or ICAgile are a plus.
