For our Agile Product Management team, we are looking for experienced Scrum Masters with a passion for guiding teams and improving Agile work processes.

As a Scrum Master, you play a crucial role in guiding scrum teams and strengthening the Agile mindset at our clients. You will help organizations become more agile and support teams in delivering maximum value. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and needs, and translate these into an efficient and effective Agile way of working.

You not only facilitate the Scrum events, but also coach teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement. In addition, you actively contribute to removing obstacles, optimizing processes and encouraging collaboration and transparency.
