As Agile IT Manager, you lead one or more IT teams within an organization that works or wants to work according to Agile principles. You are responsible for the functioning of your teams, the quality of IT services, and facilitating a culture in which continuous improvement and collaboration are central.
You know how to balance technical reality, business goals and agility. You support your teams in their self-organization and ensure they have the right resources, people and direction to deliver value. You also work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders on strategic IT roadmaps and change processes.
