Thursday, April 21 was the second Onboarding Day of the year; where we put new colleagues in the spotlight for a day and let them get to know each other, IBS and you!

At 10 a.m. Cecilia, Nigel, and Furkan were welcomed to the office for the day-start. First they were given the ins & outs of the organization by Rene, where they were introduced to the organization, the business units, our coach, and the IBS tooling. The subsequent joint lunch was enjoyable and a great time to get to know each other better. Cecilia came up with the idea to tell a little bit about each other, so we quickly knew each other’s hobbies, passions and backgrounds. Then quickly to the Escape Room! Unfortunately, due to some delay in the morning, we got less time, and our toppers ran out of time. The drinks were well deserved!
