Almost two weeks ago, we had an incredibly successful Design Sprint Hackathon, which fully harnessed the talent and creativity of our teams. Thanks to your hard work and enthusiasm, we now have four great concepts that we are excited to share with the rest of the company!

Here is a brief overview of the four ideas that emerged from the Hackathon:

1) Real IBS People Lite (team: Arlene, Anne, Wayne)
2) Innovative Recruiting (team: Dennis, Youri, Curtis)
3) Rekru – The Next IBS Hero (team: Froke, Rene, Fabian)
4) Isatis Matchmaking(team: Stan, Anniek, Rinke, Nigel)

Each day a new concept will be introduced on our intranet by its respective group, starting with “Real IBS People Lite” later today. We will explain the idea, purpose and unique elements of each concept. We hope you’ll be as excited about these ideas as we are!

On Friday, we will publish a poll where any IBS person can vote for the idea they think is the best. This is a great opportunity to recognize and appreciate the creativity and innovation within our company, so make your voice heard!

Finally, we would like to thank everyone who participated in the Hackathon. Your effort, passion and creative thinking skills made this Hackathon a huge success.
