The first concept we would like to introduce from our recent Hackathon is “Real IBS People Lite.” A brilliant entry by Arlene, Anne, and Wayne that puts the recruitment process in a completely new light.

Here’s the scenario: you stumble upon an Isatis job posting via LinkedIn or Facebook. You click on the link and land on an interactive website. Here you get the chance to create an avatar of yourself. After you upload your resume, you will be taken on a virtual tour of Isatis.

The game, inspired by the charm of Animal Crossing, invites you to explore the world of Isatis. You will have the opportunity to engage with our colleagues, including Rene and Froke, the Leads, in a digital world. This is not just a game, it is an opportunity to learn about our team and culture in a playful and interactive way.

In addition, the game allows you to interactively calculate your expected salary. It is a unique combination of fun and functionality designed to create an engaging and personalized experience for potential employees.

This idea was born out of a brainstorming session where the team sketched their ideas visually on a whiteboard. Check out the photo of the original “whiteboard scribbles” to see how the concept came to life!
