BI Consultant

You help organizations apply BI effectively, from operational to strategic levels. You advise on reports, dashboards and data-driven decision-making. You switch smoothly between tactical thinking and pragmatic execution and know how to really make BI work within organizations.

What will you do?

What will you do in a general sense?

Advise and support business process optimization at team, program and organizational levels
Guide teams and leadership in using data and business intelligence for strategic improvements
Analysis of existing processes and systems with recommendation for improvements
Lead workshops, trainings and assessments focused on process optimization and analysis
Introduce and implement solutions and tools for efficient business processes
Promote a learning organization focused on process management, customer value and results

What do you bring?

What do you bring?

HBO+ working and thinking level (completed)
4+ years of experience as a reporting specialist, data analyst, business analyst or similar role
Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools, such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take on technical challenges
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP is a plus
Domain knowledge in areas such as finance or HR is a plus
3+ years of experience in a specific field such as central government, public sector or energy sector is a plus
