As in many healthcare organizations, information within Respectzorg was scattered across systems, Excel sheets and separate applications. Care professionals lacked overview, policy makers had little predictive insight, and access to data was cumbersome and privacy-sensitive. The question: how do you combine this information into a usable whole and make it safely accessible on the work floor?

Elder care is all about personal attention. But to continue providing it under increasing workloads and an aging population, care facilities must use data smarter. Respect Care, a care facility for the elderly, was looking for ways to improve care planning, reporting and client communication based on trusted data and AI.
